The problem
The customer asks at night, the store replies the next day and the sale is gone. During business hours, the salesperson repeats the same answers: price, financing, trade-in, availability.
The solution
CarInsight answers on WhatsApp through a 7-node LangGraph flow: it understands intent, searches the inventory with RAG, recommends the right car and walks through financing in conversation. It detects prompt injection and handles LGPD across the whole flow.
The proof
Over 1,028 automated tests hold the agent's behavior in place. The demo runs on a public sandbox; the architecture is the same one operating in the house's other products.
